Skill Bank uses the valuable knowledge, skills and talents of adults primarily over age 60 to help other 60+ adults. Skill Bank is dedicated to helping seniors remain independent in their homes at an affordable cost.

Skill Bank coordinates a multitude of services, such as minor home improvement or repair work, transportation, yard work and household chores.

 

Some of the many services offered include:

  • Local transportation to medical appointments, grocery shopping and other errands    
  • In-home services such as minor electrical / plumbing / carpentry, painting and launry
  • Seasonal services such as lawn mowing, snow removal   and other yard work
  • and more . . .

The cost and time of service are set between the Skill Bank Helper and the Client prior to receiving service.
