Maintenance Worker/Houskeeper - Central Office

Our Central Office located on 2000 Domanik Drive in Racine is looking for two (2) experienced Maintenance Worker / Housekeeper to work both 1st shift and / or 2nd shift on a part- time basis 20 hours/week.

Position Requirements: Must be able to perform basic maintenance duties, including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds upkeep ( all seasons) Also includes all housekeeping duties. Knowledge of fire safety devices ( testing , inspecting) helpful. Must have own vehicle and able to run errands. Some procurement of goods will be required. Must work well with the elderly and be professional in appearance and demeanor with building occupants, visitors, and vendors. Must have basic computer skills (e-mail, required learning materials, etc ) Must be willing to be on call for emergency systems and situations.
