When Virginia (Ginny) fell at home fracturing her hip we knew we would need good therapy for her to regain her strength. I had visited Lincoln Village skilled nursing facility in the past when my brother-in-law needed sub-acute care; I witnessed the excellent care he received. I also noted how clean and odor free the building was so for me the decision was made. Now Ginny is ready to come home. The therapy department visited our home and helped me make the changes needed for Ginny to be safe in our home.

At Lincoln Village, our goal is to help you reach your goal. We are proud to offer a comprehensive rehabilitation program to maximize your functional abilities and quality of life. Our therapy and skilled nursing team is dedicated to providing rehabilitative care. The therapy team consists of occupational, physical and speech therapists. Our skilled nursing team includes the RN Manager and Director of Nursing.  Whether your goal is to return home safely and independently or live a fully enriched life at Lincoln Village, the rehabilitation team will do all what is possible to help you meet your individual goals. When you are able to return home, our team of experts will assist in making the transition comfortable and easy.

At Lincoln Village, a skilled nursing facility, short and long-term stays are accommodated. It is certified for Medicare, as well as Medicaid (Title 19). To assist with moving into Lincoln Village, we will provide transportation from any hospital in Southeastern Wisconsin.
